Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship domestically within the United States.  Shipping is calculated upon checkout using real-time USPS rates. In an effort to help with shipping costs, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75 or more.  Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent, and your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  You can expect your candles to be delivered within 3-7 business days; however, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.

Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope that you absolutely love your purchase!  If you don't or if there was an issue with your order, please reach out to support@hillcountry-creations.com and we will be more than happy to help!  Our refund policy is below, but please reach out if you have any issues with your purchase.  Our main goal is to make our customers happy!

Refund Policy

 

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

 

Refund Requirements

 

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product is defective

- Product is not as described

- Product must not be damaged In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected.

 

If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

 

Shipping Items

 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Returns can be mailed to: Hill Country Creations LLC, 101 Cashtown Road, Aragon, GA 30104. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
